Leucobryum glaucum

Preserved ball moss with flame-retardant treatment is an ideal decorative solution for restaurants, hotels, offices, retail spaces, and other public areas. Its natural texture and volume add depth and strong visual appeal to vertical gardens, wall coverings, and decorative arrangements.

The flame-retardant treatment helps reduce and slow the spread of flames, although the product is not fireproof or completely resistant to fire. Thanks to the preservation process, it maintains its natural appearance for a long time without water or daily care.

It is available in 3 colors and sold in full bulk boxes. The contents of one box can cover an approximate surface area of 0.75 m², depending on the arrangement and density used.

Reaction to fire classification: B-s1, d0, in accordance with the European standard EN 13501-1.

  • Use indoors only.
  • Do not water or spray with water.
  • Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • Keep away from humidity and intense heat sources.
  • Do not place in direct contact with flames, candles, or hot surfaces.
  • The flame-retardant treatment helps slow the spread of fire, but it does not make the product completely fireproof.
  • For installations in restaurants, hotels, or public spaces, check local regulations and the product’s technical documentation beforehand.
  • Handle carefully to preserve its natural shape, texture, and volume.
  • Do not place heavy objects on top, as this may cause deformation.
  • Remove dust using a gentle stream of cool air from a distance.
  • Use a suitable adhesive and apply only the necessary amount.
  • Store any unused product in its original packaging, protected from light and humidity.
  • Keep in a dry place, preferably with ambient humidity below 70%.
  • Distribute the pieces evenly to make the best use of the approximate coverage of 0.75 m² per box.
